I welcome clients who seek the support and safety of a client centered environment who may be experiencing a huge life event/change or trauma and are seeking a more meaningful, authentic and valued life. With 27 years of experience, I offer evidenced based strategies to clients who struggle with a variety of mental, physical and life span development issues. I am a skilled clinician in the treatment of depression, life transitions, anxiety, trauma, substance and process addictions, grief and personality disturbances that interfere with relationships, work and social experiences.
