My ideal client is a person who is goal-oriented and motivated to change. They understand that therapy is a process that takes time and requires work. They take the therapeutic process seriously and are willing to do things outside of the therapy session, such as reading books or watching videos that address their needs and help develop positive coping skills. They are open-minded and not set in their ways. They are willing to experiment and try new things to expand their mind and open their heart.
