We all have struggles and challenges in life, each in our own way. It has been my life’s passion to work with people, to build relationships and empower others to find their own version of healthy and happy. I believe each of us has a place and a purpose here on earth, and it is easy to lose our way; to feel like we don’t matter or we don’t belong in someway. Often times traumatic events can lead to feelings of anger, anxiety, depression, and other negative feelings. We often build defenses such as avoidance or even anger. I want to help you navigate those road bumps and set out in a more healthy, happy path of healing.
