About

It’s okay to not have it all figured out. Life can feel messy, uncertain, or overwhelming at times and therapy can be a space where you don’t have to have all the answers. I believe that healing is both a personal and powerful journey, one that invites us to look forward with hope while integrating the wisdom of our past. My role as a therapist is to walk alongside you, offering support and empowerment as you move through life in a way that reflects your values, strengths, and sense of purpose. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel truly seen, heard, and accepted, just as you are. My approach is person-centered, strengths-based, and humanistic, rooted in the belief that everyone has the capacity to heal. I work with college students, young adults and individuals of all ages navigating life transitions. Utilizing EMDR as well as other evidence-based practices, I tailor our work to your unique needs and goals.
