As a therapist, I have been in private practice for 26 years. I work with adolescents, adults and families. I practice primarily with solution-focused, short term therapy to help aid in empowerment and healing. I utilize life coaching/career building to help adult clients deal with difficult transitions in current day employment. The solution based focused therapies tend to help those dealing with current life stressors. I utilize Sandtray Therapy help people express themselves without needing words. It can be an effective way to help people cope with trauma, depression and anxiety. View 8 Photos Cognitive, Behavioral Modification, Mindfulness, Structured Dyadic Behavior Therapy along with Sandtray Therapy are my primary approaches. Internal Family Systems Therapy is also an approach I utilize in order to help adolescents and their families as a unit. I focus on developing the strength of the individual, adolescent and/or family.
