I use a cognitive approach when treating clients who suffer from moderate to severe mental health related issues including depression, PTSD, anxiety/panic disorders, phobias, OCD, marital distress, and others. I assess for past traumatic experiences that continue to interfere with current life. I also specialize in neurodivergence including ADHD (using most recent research) and "high masking" autism aka Asperger's. In my practice, you can expect a research-based approach designed to move you out of distress and into optimal living. I seek goal-alignment with my client so that our time together will be more efficient and successful.
