About
I am a therapist and energy healer who works at the intersections of healing, spirituality, and social change. I support people on their journeys of liberation and reclaiming their sovereignty and wholeness. Prior to being a therapist, I worked as an immigrant rights attorney. I wanted to support people in getting free from oppressive and broken systems. Over time, I realized that we deeply internalize many of these oppressive systems and I became more interested in how we can liberate our hearts, minds, bodies, and souls from their harm and reinforcement. I am an Afro-Indigenous Latina who comes from a long line of medicine women and spiritual healers. I utilize spiritual and energetic tools alongside of western tools and somatic trauma approaches to healing. I love supporting people in the magic and mystery of the journey to self reclamation and remembering the truth, dignity, and wisdom in their hearts.
