Therapy should help you find answers to questions and experience strength, confidence and the life you wish to live. 30 years of experience has allowed me to work effectively with many different individuals; couples, parents, college students, families and groups. I have extensive training in EMDR for trauma, addictions, couples and family therapy. My role as your therapist is to support, direct, encourage, and challenge you in gaining clarity, understanding, insight, courage, and peace of mind.
