I offer over 18 years experience providing therapy in private practice and community mental health settings. I work from an attachment based and family systems approach to help individuals and families restore balance and improve relationships. I also utilize mindfulness and client centered techniques to empower my clients to reach their full potential. I specialize in offering trauma informed and culturally sensitive psychotherapy to individuals, children, couples and families. Specialized training and certifications include: EMDR Therapy, Trauma Focused-CBT, MAP, Child Parent Psychotherapy, AFCBT and Seeking Safety evidenced based therapy models. I am also a Certified Infant Massage Parent Educator.
