Another major transitional life issue is finding your purpose and creating a vision of the future, which are the keynotes to happiness. I am informed by a number of techniques: Attachment Focused EMDR. positive, psychodynamic, relational and transpersonal psychology; however, "love in action" is the focal point of the work.
