With a diverse background in many therapeutic approaches, I work with you to tailor counseling in a way that best fits your needs and goals. I have found EMDR work (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to be especially helpful with a wide variety of issues, and am certified in this approach. EMDR Intensives are also an option .
