Hello! I'm glad you found me. I have extensive experience working with individuals and families who are impacted by generational drug use, severe mental illness, incarceration, intimate partner violence, poverty, and sexual abuse. I bring this up because I have encountered people who worry about the stigma, that their situation would be “too much,” so they keep this to themselves. There IS a therapist for everyone, even professionals in the helping field. If you are going through a transition in your life, burnt out from work, or experienced trauma, I am here.
