I'm a Psychotherapist in Private Practice for 40+ years, with an enduring capacity to blend psychological/spiritual principles and practices, women's health rights & power, and often help cultivate the willingness to break through thought/behavior patterns to experience real change. We often live our lives as though we're trying to measure up to other's expectations, failing to make choices that are our own. My passion is to help people to break that spell, choosing for themselves how to live the life they are meant to live, not the lives others want them to live. This is a serious intentional and joint process to join.
