Everyone needs someone to talk to at certain times in their lives. Sometimes our anxiety, depression or internal conflicts, change can affect our relationships with ourselves, others or with the world in general. My approach creates a safe, caring environment to look at these issues. Goal is to help all find and develop ones own inner strength to realize and access skills and best solutions for their own unique situations. Building communication skills, learning problem solving, mindful meditation, managing anxiety and depression are areas am especially experienced in.
