I have over 25 years of experience treating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions challenges and relationship difficulties. I recognize how difficult seeking help can be for anyone no matter your age, background or circumstance. My goal is to create a comfortable, relaxed, trusting environment for my clients. I work to create an environment where my clients feel safe and supported as we work together to make the changes in their lives they are seeking. I am passionate about my work and continue to find it exciting and rewarding to witness the healing, growth and change inherent in the therapeutic journey.
