​Hi I'm Susan. I know life is hard. I help individuals, couples and families toward a kinder, happier, and more manageable life. My approach is strengths-based, as we work together to develop solutions that guide you back toward yourself with tools that support everyday living. These challenges can often include depression, anxiety, grief & bereavement, relational trauma, couples conflicts, and general life crisis. In our first few sessions, I will work with you to identify the areas you'd like to focus on. My goal is to help you develop skills to create boundaries and sort through your emotional obstacles in order to enjoy living.
