I take a holistic approach to psychotherapy, prioritizing understanding the entirety of a person, including how different life experiences influence who you are. As a psychodynamically trained therapist, I believe that past experiences and significant relationships inform our present. The therapeutic relationship becomes a safe place where you can gain insight into interpersonal dynamics and understanding of different relationship patterns, as well as a place where reparative experiences occur. I strive to make people feel seen and heard as I believe this is critical to beginning the process of growth and healing.
