My name is Susan (Sue) Morton. I typically work with people who are struggling with anxiety or an anxiety-based disorder to help reduce those symptoms so clients can live a happier, more productive life. My other specialties include life transitions, recovering from toxic/narcissistic abuse, and eating disorders. I do my best to create an safe environment for my clients and am pretty laid-back and informal. I am also very active in session as I ask questions and sometimes challenge my clients to see things from a different perspective as that can be instrumental in making progress.
