Hi there! I prefer to go by Suzy but it’s okay if you don’t remember that. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 30 years of experience. I enjoy counseling individuals with anxiety, depression, and phase of life issues. My goal is to provide a safe space for clients to grow that is free of judgment. I am also a Certified Telemental Health Provider. I try to offer warmth and humor while utilizing more conventional techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy. I have recently become more interested in DBT as well as EMDR and and look forward to utilizing those skills to your benefit.
