I come from a strength-based perspective, using an eclectic approach by offering a variety of therapeutic modalities that are oriented to the individual. Modalities inlcude EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I seek to help clients transition through difficult/challenging times to experiencing life in a more fulfilling & positive light. I am currently taking on new clients. I have several time slots available both in person or online.
