Accepting new clients. Does life feel harder than it should? Do you feel like you've lost your own identity in the midst of your relationships or work? Are you struggling to adapt to the season of life? I can help. I work with adults and teens, individually and together. I enjoy helping people understand themselves better - who they are today and who they want to become. This often involves looking at our family, the one we were given and the one we have chosen. I believe relationships are our greatest resource for stability and support, and I love helping people find more grounding and belonging through healthy connections.
