I have a deep and convicted belief in the power of therapy. I have learned it is a privilege and honor to sit with clients and hear their story. Every story is important and meaningful. The connection between therapist and client is essential and can be life altering. The need for connection is paramount in our human experience and sometimes it is lacking in our lives. I take this into account with every client, and I offer that connection to my clients. No matter who you are there is power in being heard and it is pivotal in therapy. I will hear you. I will offer you empathy, and a non-judgmental perspective. As an EMDR clinician specializing in a technique called Four Blinks, or Flash, which helps resolve trauma-related memories in without dwelling on them, I can help you move on from trauma in a peaceful and simple way. I also work with clients to help them understand their childhood experiences and how to change impeding thoughts to help create a happier life.
