If human beings are hard wired to be in relationships, then why are they so difficult sometimes? Especially after the past couple of years (did someone say pandemic?), we can find ourselves going through conflict and stress with loved ones. Struggling to find ways to cope and communicate may lead to endless arguments or feelings of hopelessness. You don’t have to be alone in the struggle. I work with both couples and individuals experiencing addictions, anxiety, depression and loss. I approach therapy as a creative conversation that not only helps to "put out the fire" but also to figure out how it started to begin with.
