I am a 1.5 generation Korean American Marriage and Family Therapist. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, grief and loss, trauma, family conflict, and Christian spiritual integration. I believe that the journey to healing starts with being fully known and fully loved for who you are. As your therapist, we would work collaboratively to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, and make connections to what has shaped you in the past, who you are today, and who you strive to be. I am also certified in Prepare Enrich and Gottman Level 1 for pre-marital and married couples who are seeking to build a good foundation, work through difficult life transitions, or just feeling incredibly stuck in their relationship.
