I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor with experience treating substance abuse and mental health disorders including depression, anxiety, and OCD. I have extensive knowledge and training in Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors (BFRBs) such as hair pulling (trichotillomania) and skin picking (excoriation disorder). Whatever your reason for seeking counseling, I will work with you to create a collaborative and supportive environment. My approach includes Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and the Comprehensive Behavioral (ComB) model for treating BFRBs.
