Our areas of expertise include the treatment of insomnia, anxiety, depression, PTSD, nightmare, panic, phobia, OCD, and personality disorders. We also offer adult ADHD evaluation. I have been in practice for 17 years and have developed expertise in the assessment and treatment of insomnia, mood disorders (such as depression), trauma, and anxiety disorders (such as panic, phobia, and generalized anxiety disorder). I provide both individual & small group sessions.
