I am an experienced clinician, who strongly believes that therapy is a partnership. I see my role as helping an individual arrive at mutually agreed upon goals, which will lead to a better quality of life. I am an active participant in our sessions and believe that warmth and sometimes humor are an important part of the therapy process. My therapeutic style is engaged, active and pragmatic. My goal is to create a supportive yet challenging environment, while focusing on getting to the main issues quickly and safely.
