Everyone knows relationships take work. But what does that really mean? We'll work on things like: How do both of you feel in your relationship? Do you deeply understand and effectively communicate each other's thoughts, feelings, and needs? I have been married over 30 years and have three grown children. I understand the challenges couples must navigate and how they can get stuck in negative cycles. My approach is to help you recognize and change the patterns that keep you stuck and support you to reach out to each other in ways that bring you closer. I also specialize in helping couples and families heal from addictions.
