You may be having a hard time. On the outside, you might be functioning well. Getting things done, showing up, holding it together. On the inside, you may feel tense, disconnected, overwhelmed, or quietly unhappy. You may want to feel more relaxed, more present, or more connected in your relationships, but feel unsure where to start or how therapy would even help. I help people learn how to be present with themselves so they can show up more fully in their lives and relationships. I offer a nonjudgmental space where you can talk openly about what’s going on for you, while gently exploring how to take meaningful steps toward the person you want to be.
