Parenting is tough! Do you have trouble connecting with or understanding your child? Do you feel like you are doing the “parenting thing” all wrong? Together, we can find strategies to help you and your child make better connections that will create a more harmonious relationship. I work to help families with structure, boundaries, and coping skills. When we work together, we will focus on communication skills, honesty, and empathy. My specialties include working with children ages 3 and up, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. I have worked in the school setting for 16 years as a classroom teacher and school counselor.
