Welcome- I'm glad you're here. I work with adults that have been in therapy before and are at a place in their healing where a part of them feels they have "talked it out". They realize they need more than traditional talk therapy and are open to exploring ways to integrate the body into their healing journey. Many of the adults I work with are drawn to discovering a peace and harmony within.
