Sue believes in an Integrative Approach, utilizing Dialectic Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic, Exposure Response Prevention, Motivational Interviewing, Gestalt, Grief work and a blend of other approaches so that she can meet the client?s needs. Her main area of focus is supporting LGBTQIA+ clients, neuro-divergent adolescents and adults, personality disorders, depression anxiety and adults who are in a period of transition. In her spare time, Sue enjoys being outdoors, gardening, spending time with family and caring for her pets.
