Hi, I'm Susan – Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Neuropsychotherapist. I equip driven women to achieve more without burning out. They struggle with work/life balance, high levels of stress, perfectionism, self-doubt, and performance mentality. They feel the pressure of running a home, managing schedules, and having a social life. Personal experience with anxiety and depression drives me to do my best to give women the tools I did not have in my struggles. Clients often tell me that they feel more peaceful when talking with me. I honor all my clients and support them without judgment, using evidence-based modalities.
