Acknowledge-Accept- Adapt has become my Mantra/Approach to helping others to heal or become the better version of themselves. I have worked with individuals who are looking to gain insight into themselves and improve their quality of life for more than 8 years in the mental health arena. My experience as a former educator in General (13yrs) and Special Education (2yrs) has afforded me experience with working with many different areas of the family dynamic. I seek to understand each individual holistically, including their backgrounds and the strengths they already possess to provide an individualized and positive approach.
