We will work to enhance your understanding of the barriers that are keeping you from achieving your goals and learn skills to turn that understanding into strategies to better overcome them. While there is no quick fix to most problems, I use proven strategies (such as CBT and DBT) that will help you experience relief and progress relatively soon.
