Our world is full of distractions that pull us in every direction. I will help you navigate the busyness of your life and create balance amidst the chaos. I will walk alongside you and help you unburden your past and move into a bright future. I work with couples, individuals and families who need help navigating their lives. I am certified in Prepare and Enrich, which is a system that helps premarital and married couples in their relationships. I am also trained in EMDR. I implement EMDR when working with past trauma and relationship injuries.
