Going through a tough time? Need a comfortable space to figure it out? It is not easy to stare one's own thoughts, feelings, and fears in the face. Therapy can provide the support and comfort that is needed to accomplish this goal. It may get messy at times but the reward will be worth it. I am an experienced clinician that keeps it real and have been doing clinical therapy for many years which provided me with a wide variety of experiences.
