I hope to help you better understand yourself & others, improve your quality of life & make courageous decisions, & facilitate spiritual wisdom & growth. I provide individual and family therapy. I provide therapy for children, adolescents, adults, and families who are struggling with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, anger, family conflicts, abuse, trauma, grief and loss, spiritual issues, divorce, and adoption adjustments. I have experience with multiculturalism and honor individuals.
