My ideal clients are children, teens, and adults who feel overwhelmed by trauma, anxiety, depression, or major life transitions. Many are used to being the “strong one” but are exhausted from carrying too much alone. They want relief from emotional distress, healthier coping skills, and stronger relationships. They are looking for a safe, steady space to process experiences, understand their reactions, and regain a sense of control, stability, and confidence in their daily lives.
