I view therapy as a process to improve the overall quality of your life while gaining new insight to how your thoughts and beliefs effect your coping skills. Everyone experiences challenging times, however, when life becomes overwhelming personal growth becomes difficult. My experience has led me to recognize that therapy remains a very individual experience. I aim to created a warm, positive environment where you can share your stories while increasing your overall sense of well-being to develop inner strength.
