Life can be very hard. We all face certain obstacles that cause us to feel afraid, sad, worried or even hopeless. We all deserve to be happy and at peace. My goal is to help you to become as happy and at peace as you can be. Many people are in difficult and stressful relationships with family or partners; dealing with loss; trauma; childhood pain and issues; coping with financial hardship, job loss or daily physical pain. Many are feeling depressed, hopeless, helpless and anxious. Together we will work to fix the problems that need to be fixed or better cope with them.
