My name is Susan, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I believe therapy should be very person-centered. You are the expert of your life, and as a therapist, I'm not here to tell you that you need to change. I love guiding people through the changes they're hoping for. My work focuses on interventions which include dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), somatic therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). My communication style is very calm, engaging, and understanding. I believe humor is healing and try to incorporate such during sessions.
