Hello, I'm Susan, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a PhD from Saint Louis University in Missouri. I am passionate about working with children, teens, adults, families, and couples across a wide range of ages and backgrounds. My extensive experience spans various issues, including marriage and family dynamics, couple issues, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, self-harm/suicidal ideation, substance and alcohol use, chronic illness, ADHD, geriatrics, developmental disabilities, and both sexual and emotional abuse. I also have a deep commitment to supporting LGBTQ+ clients, including trans clients. I have developed an art-based method that I integrate heavily into my therapy process, as I believe in the power of creativity to foster healing and self-expression. I view my clients as the true experts of their own lives, and I see myself as a guide and mentor on their journey.
