Growing older can mean confronting many psychological, emotional, medical and social issues in one's life. Dealing with loss comes in all sizes and each one is unique to you. Loss of loved ones, physical ability, independence, purpose, connection with others are just some of the on-going challenges that elders face and often face alone. Having support to negotiate these life changes with grace, creativity and empowerment is crucial in living to one's fullest.
