I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 20 years of experience in various mental health settings. I provide individual therapy as well as couples and family therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. My approach is relational and client-centered, helping clients navigate mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, relational issues, and life transitions. I draw on trauma- and attachment-informed theories to understand how personal history shapes a client’s experiences.
