Over my years of clinical practice I have worked with clients suffering from Anxiety, Depression, Eating Disorders, ADHD, interpersonal, family and job and school related difficulties. Ideally, clients benefit most when we explore the issues to be worked on and when the client is flexible in allowing me to tailor treatment modalities to specific needs. At times we engage in psychodynamic psychotherapy and at times we implement cognitive behavioral interventions to make positive changes in the client's perspective, behaviors and relationships.
