My clients are adults, mostly males, 35 - 65 yrs old, struggling with anxiety, internal conflicts and existential issues. They seek my services through the recommendation of a doctor, following a panic attack or a severe anxiety episode that led them to the hospital. Some experience their anxiety as a knot in the throat, problem breathing, racing heart, psychosomatic problems (physical discomfort), intrusive thoughts, sleep disturbance, a disconnect from loved ones. I am trained to assist a person understand what informs their emotional experience, identify their contradictions and connect the dots. Recovery as integration.
