In life we all struggle with our emotional health from time to time and through solution focused and cognitive behavioral counseling I work with you, my client, to resolve these concerns and promote growth. I’m a proud Latina, bicultural, and bilingual (Spanish) counselor who is warm and genuine but also someone who will challenge you to engage in your self-care and self-exploration. Clients often report they feel very comfortable and open with me.
