As the 2026 new year begins many of you maybe feeling lost, frustrated, sad, or empowered to make a change. Maybe you have been struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, unemployment, finances, or life in general. You are not alone. According to ongoing research by Mental Health America in 2024 and published last year, 23.4% of American's are struggling with their mental health. What I do: provide emotional support to clients during their time of difficulty. I aid in helping them cope with the hardships faced in life and know that they are not alone. I provide a judgment-free space to be heard and process life's many stressors. I am a extensively trained trauma-informed therapist working to help you become the best version of yourself. While I have extensive experience with the geriatric population, I also work with adolescents, adults, and families. Through the use of talk thx, ACT, CBT, EMDR, Brainspotting and Sandtray thx we will work together to face what is haunting you.
