I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who provides individual therapy in a supportive, compassionate, and collaborative environment. I work with children, adolescents, and adults who are seeking relief from emotional distress, greater clarity, and meaningful change in their lives. I believe each person is the expert in their own experiences and goals. My role is to listen thoughtfully, offer reflection and guidance, and support you in identifying what matters most to you. Together, we focus on building insight, strengthening coping skills,and developing practical strategies to support emotional well-being. My Master’s in Social Work program at Edinboro University of Pennsylvania focused on Trauma-Informed Care. Through my training, I learned approaches that honor each person’s lived experiences by prioritizing safety, trust, and collaboration, and by integrating evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and DBT.
